This is exhausting, isn't it?

Another tab open. Another person telling you what you should be doing. Another reason to doubt the thing you already knew before you looked it up.

Nobody warns you how loud it gets. The advice, the opinions, the constant scrolling for reassurance. One person says do this. Another says never do that. The midwife says one thing, the internet says another, your mother-in-law says something else entirely.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it, you stop trusting the one voice that matters, yours. There's a wise mother within you who already knows the way. She just needs space to be heard.

Put the phone down for ten minutes

Ten minutes to quiet the noise. Ten minutes where nobody's opinion gets a say but your own. Just space to breathe, let the worry loosen its grip, and come back to what you already know, so you can make your next decision from a place of trust instead of panic.

I can't promise it'll fix everything. But I can promise you'll feel a hell of a lot better than another ten minutes of scrolling.

To my fellow mamas, I see you

I've been on both sides of this. Pregnant and desperate for someone to lay out my options, not just hand me a leaflet. Postpartum and drowning in everyone else's advice about my own baby and body.

What got me through wasn't another expert telling me what to do. It was learning to trust the voice that was already in there, underneath all the noise. Since then, I've helped other women find that same voice again, through pregnancy, birth, and the enormous, unspoken shift into motherhood.

Take one small step toward remembering you've got this
