We begin the session with tarot & oracle, exploring your situation in a grounded & honest way - helping you understand the elements and influences and what may feel aligned to help you move forward with renewed clarity.
From there, we move to energy healing - giving your body the space to process & settle what has come up so that the clarity begins to embed more fully.
This session is especially supportive when you are moving through something emotionally significant, feeling overwhelmed or simply wanting to look at something more deeply.
