No experience needed — just bring your breath, your body and your open heart.
This session will also include a guided Reiki meditation and some affirming oracle readings for guidance. Concluding with this beautiful soundbath to just let everything else melt away.

Please note: we have cushions, mats & blankets - but please do bring along any other items that you feel would make your experience more comfortable. Pillows, eye masks - whatever you wish!
